SCTE Foundation, Inc. ("Foundation") is a not-for-profit incorporated organization, which is affiliated with the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers Incorporated ("SCTE").
The United States Internal Revenue Service has determined that the Foundation is exempt from United States Federal Income Tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and that the Foundation is not a private foundation for federal tax purposes. Accordingly, donations, bequests, and grants made to the Foundation shall be utilized pursuant to policies established by the Foundation Board of Directors.
